The simple and portable design of the EZ Slant offers an easy, safe, and convenient way to consistently stretch the calf muscles. EZ Slant and the available exercises have been developed by a physical therapist with over 25 years of experience treating orthopedic injuries and dysfunction. The goal of EZ Slant is to improve stretching compliance leading to reduced pain and improved function.
The EZ Slant HD is made from sturdy aluminum, and has a non-slip foot surface. With four slant angle positions, it is easy to find the stretch that is right for you. As you progress, you can simply increase the angle of the board for increased stretching. Folding to less than 1 inch wide and weighing 3 pounds, the EZ Slant is super-portable to take with you anywhere you go.
